From a foundation of Christian values, The Branch helps support those in our community who face the challenge of food insecurity for their families and those who need to increase their English language skills in order to acquire good jobs that will allow them to rise above poverty. The work we do is ambitious and rewarding. We invite you to join with us in serving the Lord by loving our neighbors.

Pantry

We distribute food to our neighbors in 5 days a week by appointment only. Due to Covid-19, we are asking our guests to remain in their cars. Volunteers are needed to register our guests and to collect the food that will be taken to the cars.

In addition, the Pantry receives food on Monday, Tuesday, and Friday, and we welcome anyone who wants to help unload, sort, and stock the food from the trucks.

We use part of each service day to sort, stock, and prepare food for distribution. Please click the box below to register to serve as a volunteer in one or more of the many jobs we have available.

Facility Care

We rely on volunteers to help us take care of our facility. Many needs arise such as cleaning and minor repairs. If you love taking care of a building, give us a shout! We need people who are interested in doing the actual tasks and someone to manage others who want to volunteer for the tasks.

Donating to The Branch of Nashville means a child won’t go to bed hungry. A mom can understand what the doctor is saying. Families have hope for the future, and your financial gift helps makes it happen.

Your gift directly serves the needs of our neighbors. You can offer your gift for the most urgent area of need, or pick the program you prefer to support.

We welcome one-time donations as well as monthly commitments to help sustain our budgetary needs throughout the year.

Food donations can be dropped off at The Branch Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday, and Saturday, 10am - 2pm, or contact us to schedule an appointment for food drive drop-offs. Our greatest needs are for canned fruits and vegetables, rice, pasta, pasta sauce, cereal.
