Be the Hope is a citywide movement where hope shows up everywhere—online and in real life—for 24 hours. GIVE+DO=BE
We’ll be on social media throughout the day raising funds essential for serving our community and challenging people to DO small acts of kindness as they go about their day. YOU can BE the Hope!
As our spring fundraiser event, we need to raise $100,000 to continue spreading hope to families—hope that looks like food on the table, help finding work, support in crisis, and a place where people are known and cared for.

Gather a group to collect food, pack boxes, and deliver to The Branch. Purchase boxes or repurpose boxes and assemble items, aiming for 3-4 days of food. Register your project and let us know when you will drop if off. Drop off times are Mon, Tues, Fri 9AM-1PM, or Sat 9AM-11AM. Closed on Thursdays.
Here is a suggested list of food items but feel free to substitute:
Consider adding a $20 grocery store gift card to purchase meat and produce.
Use this opportunity to teach children about hunger needs.
Have children draw pictures or write notes of prayer, encouragement, or love. Consider attaching these to a goodie bag, pack of gum, or candy bar. Treats like this make people smile!
