We cherish the wisdom and lived experience of older adults, and we love helping our neighbors thrive as they age.
We deliver food to up to 90 older adults each month.
We host monthly “Meet and Greet” events for older adults to encourage ongoing learning and connection.
We work hard to ensure our older adult neighbors have access to our services.
Older adults (60+) don’t need an appointment to pick up food on Wednesdays. We also offer food delivery to qualifying seniors and people with disabilities.
Understanding and successfully accessing complex systems like Social Security, Medicare, and more doesn’t have to be overwhelming. We help older adults navigate resources like housing, utilities assistance, medical care, transportation and more.
We prioritize community-building for older adults through social gatherings, one-on-one care partners, and Love Your Neighbor teams.

55% of our core volunteers are older adults, and we couldn’t realize our mission without them. If you’re a senior citizen or retired adult looking to serve your neighbors, we’d love to meet you. To get started, email our Volunteer Coordinator.
We’re grateful to the community partners that make The Branch of Nashville ELL classes.
